the changing development needs of the public sector, education and
growing Leisure Trust market.
The company’s core business is the provision of facility development and support for Local Authorities, educational establishments and Leisure Trusts that want to improve or expand the leisure products and services they offer.
To date Alliance have carried out over 90 leisure developments and

Alliance Leisure’s objectives match those of our partners – to deliver the right scheme at the right price. All project requirements are packaged into a fixed single monthly payment. The facility development product has been created to be totally off-balance sheet and conform fully to all financial regulations.
