With 25% of young people either wishing to or actively participating in Extreme sports it is the fastest growing sport not only in the UK but in the world.
With traditional sport participation on the decrease in young people Alliance Leisure has developed a range of Extreme facility options to cater for children aged 5 and over, offering a variety of managed and instructed adrenalin activities.

Deeside Leisure Centre in Flintshire will be the first facility developed by Alliance where an old ice rink will be converted into a 4500sqm ramp park for skate boarders, in-line skaters, micro scooters and BMX. An indoor high ropes course is also being offered along with climbing and bouldering. The facility is predicted to attract over 100,000 visits a year and introduce many young people to activity.
