In 2004 Alliance commenced an income-share partnership to support Halesowen Leisure Centre. This support consisted of;

  • Launch Materials and Outreach Plans
  • Staff Training
  • Sales Systems and Reporting Tools
  • Monthly Management Meetings

Such was the success of this agreement that DMBC then contracted with Alliance to re-furbish two further facilities and extended the income-share partnership to all three facilities for a further three years.

Fitness income in January 2011 for the 3 sites was nearly £1.2m, a growth of 250% from 2008 levels.

Working through Alliance’s sales systems the Dudley leisure sites now have a regular focus on lead generation ideas and an e-marketing plan complimenting their seasonal promotions.
