Alliance commenced a partnership agreement with Hyndburn Leisure in August 2010 to develop their fitness products and increase income. Alliance have provided the following;
- Foundation sales training for staff
- Advice and implementation of a new membership scheme
- Management Workshops
- Seasonal Promotions
- Budget Planning and Strategy
- New Customer Journey and Fitness Team Training
- Sales planning and Lead Generation Tools
- E-marketing campaigns
The contract has been structured so no payment is made to Alliance until pre-agreed income targets have been met. In the first 6 months of the partnership income increased by over 15% with the staff now focused on achieving both sales and cancellation targets.
