Hambleton District Council is a rural authority operating 4 leisure centres. Alliance was introduced to staff, to deliver sales training and install an enquiry process appropriate for their business needs.
Training sessions with both management teams and front line staff were delivered over a 12-month period, and before and after audits demonstrated the results achieved.
Active membership rose by over 17% to 2,630 members without any capital investment or marketing drives.
Throughout the training workshops, the centres identified key personnel (‘influencers’) who were a focus point for sales and retention.

The results have been fantastic, and easily identifiable through sales performance, without us carrying out any capital improvements.
