3G Pitch Transformation Underway in Kidsgrove
3G Pitch Transformation Underway in Kidsgrove
Amidst the snow and frost that blustered across the UK last week, Alliance Leisure’s latest transformation got underway in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, procured using the UK Leisure Framework (managed by Denbighshire Leisure).
Alliance, working with Hunts Contractors and Surfacing Standards Ltd, are revitalising the outdoor space at the King’s CofE School. On the site of a former astroturf pitch, a brand new 7-a-side 3G pitch is being installed, along with 2 multi-use courts. These two courts will accommodate two full-sized netball courts, which can also be used as tennis courts.
Will Gardner, Business Development Manager at Alliance Leisure, says:
We are delighted that the adverse weather conditions have not hampered the beginning of this important project, providing the children at the King’s School with extra opportunities to partake in outdoor sporting activities.
We are, as ever, immensely grateful to our partners at Hunts Contractors and Surfacing Standards for persevering through the poor weather, operating under strict covid-19 safety guidelines to create these high-quality facilities for the school.
